About this messaging program
Tower Oaks Dermatology is the trade name of Lowe Medical, LLC. These Mobile Terms of Service describe our appointment-related SMS text messaging program.
When you opt in, you may receive appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling changes, and administrative messages related to your appointments. This program does not include marketing or promotional messages. Enrollment does not authorize marketing texts or messages from other businesses.
Your choice to receive texts
Participation is voluntary. We send recurring program messages only after you opt in, and we keep a record of that choice. Visiting our website or giving us a phone number for your contact record does not, by itself, enroll you. Your consent applies to Tower Oaks Dermatology and the message types described here.
You do not have to agree to receive SMS messages to receive care. Keep your contact information current and let us know when you change or stop using your mobile number.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and interactions with the practice.

How to stop messages
Reply STOP to a text from our messaging program to opt out at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, we will not send further program messages unless you choose to enroll again.
You may also ask the practice to stop SMS messages using the support contact below. Opting out of texts does not cancel an appointment or prevent you from receiving care.
